We request permissions only when needed and explain them within the app.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Users can create and upload:

• Player names, team names, photos, logos
• Match data and tournament data

Users are responsible for the content they upload. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies, copyright, or laws.

• Provide core match tracking and tournament features

• Firebase Authentication for secure login
• Firestore database (encrypted at rest and in transit)
• Supabase Storage for media uploads (team logos, profile pictures)

Regular security updates and audits are performed, and access is restricted through Firestore Security Rules and Supabase Row Level Security policies.

We only share data with:

• Firebase (Google) to operate app services

• When you choose to share match cards or summaries

We never share or sell personal data to advertisers.

8. Account Deletion

To delete your account, email turfy.sports@gmail.com. Upon deletion:

• Your Firebase Authentication account will be removed
• Your Firestore data deleted within 30 days
• Any media uploaded to Supabase Storage will be removed

9. Children's Privacy

PlayTurfy is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If a child account is discovered, we delete it immediately.

10. Third-Party Services

PlayTurfy relies on:

• Firebase Authentication
• Firestore Database
• Supabase Storage (for image hosting)
• Firebase Analytics
• Crashlytics
• Google Play Services

These services have their own privacy policies and comply with GDPR/CCPA.

11. Google Play Data Safety Disclosure

As required by Google Play, the data collected includes:

• Personal information (email, name)
• App activity
• Diagnostics

Data is encrypted, not shared except for Firebase service processing, and users can request deletion anytime. Optional data includes photos and logos uploaded by users. The purpose is app functionality, analytics, and crash reporting.
